Our panoramic Dining Room is home to classic, innovative British cooking, and has two AA Rosettes. Using the finest local produce, Executive Chef Michael Cole creates wonderfully distinctive dishes inspired by the Lake District and its’ coastline.
An all day menu is available in the lounges and on the terraces; afternoon teas are served in the Dining Room and weather permitting, on the terraces and in the gardens.
Every night, dinner is served in the Dining Room. If a more formal dinner is not quite the thing, simple classic dishes are available throughout the evening in our lounges.
On Sunday’s the most timeless of British traditions, the Sunday Lunch is served in Langdale Chase style, where the traditional hearty flavours, intertwine with the glorious views beyond.
