Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

By booking a trip aboard the Albatros, all guests agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure the safety and enjoyment of all passengers and the efficient operation of the vessel.

 

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking via your bedroom reservation. Any queries regarding the payment are to be made to Reception or Reservations. Additional payments can be made on the Albatros for additional last-minute guests (subject to availability) as well as food and beverages. Please be aware, for the safety and care of other passengers, that dogs are NOT permitted onboard. Please also note, due to limited space and storage, that pushchairs cannot be brought onboard and babies will need to be held by an adult.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Any cancellations within 24 hours of departure will not be eligible for a refund.

 

4. Last-Minute Cancellations

In the interest of passenger safety, last-minute cancellations may occur due to adverse weather conditions. The decision to cancel or delay a trip due to weather is at the sole discretion of the Captain or Hotel General Manager. If a trip is cancelled due to weather, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

 

5. Late Arrivals

All guests are expected to arrive on time for departure. The boat will depart as scheduled to avoid disruption to other guests and operations. Late arrivals will not be reimbursed

 

6. Liability & Personal Belongings

The Hotel, Captain, and Team Members cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of personal property while aboard the Albatros. Guests are advised to always take care of their belongings.

 

7. Conduct & Safety

Passengers must follow all safety instructions given by the Captain and crew. Any behaviour deemed unsafe or disruptive may result in immediate disembarkation without refund.

 

8. Food & Beverages

To ensure the safety of other guests onboard the Albatros only food and beverages purchased onboard are to be consumed. Special dietary requirements and allergies can be catered for with prior notice direct at the Hotel via Reception or Reservations.

 

9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be subject to change without prior notice. The latest version will always be available upon request.

 

By proceeding with the booking, guests acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
