The Dining Room

Our evening menu is available in the intimacy of the two AA Rosette panoramic Dining Room. Executive Chef Michael Cole creates wonderfully distinctive dishes inspired by the Lake District and its’ coastline  – Herdwick lamb, rare breed cattle, local fish and shellfish as well as local artisan cheeses, come together in the most delicious fashion.

The menu sees new dishes introduced daily and allows us to offer whatever has come off the fells or the boat, celebrating the best of modern British cuisine.

Dinner is available to non-residents by advance booking only, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking time.
